My stay at the hotel was truly enjoyable. The room had a nice pool view and the location was excellent, making it easy to reach any area like the restaurant, pool, sea, or parking. However, the early noise before 7:30 was a downside. The service was exceptional, especially from Mr Akram Isshac at the restaurant and the reception team who went above and beyond to assist, along with Akram and Ebram. The location of the hotel, nestled in beautiful villas, was lovely for walks but a bit distant from the main building. The Aqua Lounge had a peculiar vibe, akin to a supermarket cafe, but Mr Sherif and Mr Mohammed Ali managing the food and beverage added a pleasant touch. The dining experience was good overall, offering a decent choice, yet lacking some variety and needing improvement in the daily menu. Facilities were satisfactory.
